No heat
I woke up Sunday night with a dead furnace at 3am in the morning when the outside temp was -2, ouch! Here is the new furnace that restored my sanity but depleted my pocketbook. At least it is a higher efficiency model than the 20 year old one that I had

how much does it save you?
i've been interested in balancing the "budget" with newer, fancier equipment. does the energy savings outweigh the pollution and materials used to make it?

You know the ONLY time the heat stops working is when it's -2 outside.. the same thing used to happen to me in Houghton.
